How to Get Rid of the Verifying “Microsoft Outlook”… Popup

You might be getting the popup that says “Verifying ‘Microsoft Outlook’…” on your Mac that no way of closing it because it only has the minimize option and not the quit out option.

Here’s how to get rid of it:

  1. Open Activity Monitor and select “CoreServicesUIAgent” (You might need to search “Activity Monitor” in the Spotlight search.)
  2. Click the octagon with the X at the top of the window
  3. Click “Force Quit”

That should help you close the Verifying Microsoft Outlook window that keeps popping up on your Mac.

Let me know in the comments if it worked or if it didn’t and if you have any concerns!
